Chef’s Burger Feature
Best burgers in Fort, we’re raising the bar with a new feature creation every month. Crafted by Chef Shayne and the Vous’ Culinary Team, each burger is designed to showcase bold flavours and creative ingredients!
This month’s feature: Balsamic Goat Cheese Burger.
A juicy seasoned beef patty topped with panko-crusted goat cheese, roasted tomato and bacon jam, arugula, crispy beet curls, basil aioli, and a balsamic reduction.
As part of the Chamber of Commerce’s Great Burger Giveback, we’ll donate $1 from each of these burgers sold to Riverside’s Lights, Camera, Diagnosis MRI Fundraising Campaign, helping bring enhanced diagnostic imaging services closer to home.
